December 12	LGRA	LGRA racing in Hydes, Maryland. Phlirt, Phoenix, Phoebe, Phuture and Phaith (FTE) ran. Phoenix was 1st and earned 2 National points. Phuture was 2nd for 1 National point and 1 GRC. Phoebe was 3rd and earned 0.5 GRC point. Phlirt earned the turtle. Phaith ran OK but didn't want to get caught (thank goodness it was completely fenced in).
December 6		Phlirt earns her Canine Good Citizen (CGC) certification today at Y2K9s Barketplace. Phoenix and Phlirt also had CERFs (eye exams) done today too.

November 29	AKC Breed LGRA	AKC show in Fitchburg, MA - Day 2. Phalcon was WD again under Judge Patricia Mowbray-Morgan for 2 more points toward his CH title. Wohoo. Congrats to Rick and Deb. Now for those elusive majors...... LGRA racing in Lumberton, NJ. Phoenix, Phuture and Phlirt ran today. Phoenix was 1st earning 1 National point. Phuture earned 1 GRC and 0.5 National point. Phlirt earned the turtle.
November 28	AKC Breed	AKC show in Fitchburg, MA, Phalcon was WD under Judge Howard Yost for 2 points toward his bench championship.
November 27	NOTRA	NOTRA racing in Lumberton, NJ. Phoenix and Phlirt ran today. Phoenix was 1st earning 1 National point and 1 ORC point and Phlirt earned the turtle.
November 15	AKC Breed	AKC show in Oaks, PA, Phuture was WB, BOW and BOS (over 1 special) to earn 1 point toward her bench champion title. She and her brother Phalcon who was RWD both days, did phabulously at the bench show, greeting all kinds of folks that came to inquire about Pharaoh hounds. We met some wonderful folks.
November 7	AKC LC	AKC lure coursing trial in North Branch, NJ with 18 PHs running (6-9-3). Phoenix was 3rd in FCh stake earning 2 more LCX points. Phlirt was 2nd in Veterans. Phaedra earned her Master Courser (MC) title today.
October 18	NOTRA Nationals	Entry of 2 PHs. Phoenix came in 1^st earning 1 National point, 1 ORC point, 1 JOR leg and 1 SOR leg. He also earned the Air Amie trophy which we brought home tonight. Phlirt was 2^nd and got a BOS ribbon. Phlirt was also the "Total" Turtle. She had a wonderful time chasing the bunny, not bad for a soon to be 9 year old.
October 17	LGRA Nationals	Entry of 5 PHs. Phoenix came in 2^nd and earned 1 National point, Phuture was 3^rd earning 1 GRC point and the beautiful BOS ribbon. Phlirt came in 4^th and earned the turtle. Phoebe was 5^th deciding not to run the 3rd program. At the Racing Nationals Banquet that evening, Phaedra received the 1^st place plaque for LGRA in 2008.
October 11	AKC LC	Day 2 of AKC lure coursing in North Branch, NJ. Entry of 13 (2-7-4). Phlirt was 2^nd in vets and earned 1 more point toward her LCX.
October 10	AKC LC	Day 1 of AKC lure coursing in North Branch, NJ. Entry of 11 (2-7-2). Phoenix was 4^th in FCh and Phlirt was 2^nd in Veterans running a very very creative course.
September 27	ASFA LC	Day 2 of coursing in Knoxville, MD with my same 3 running. Phoenix was BOB. Phoebe was 1st in Open and Phlirt was 2nd in Open. Phlirt earned her ASFA FCh title today at 8.5 years of age. Phoenix ran and won Best In Field (BIF) today. YES!!!
September 26	ASFA LC AKC Breed	Lure coursing at the Region 8 in Knoxville, MD with 97 hounds running. Phoenix, Phlirt and Phoebe got to run this weekend. Phoenix was BOB. Phoebe was 1st in Open and Phlirt was 2nd in Open. Phoenix ran for BIF but came up one point shy to the RR. At the Regional awards dinner, Phoenix was awarded the 2008 Top 10 trophy for PHs in Region 8. Wohoo.... Phalcon is WD and BOW again on Day 2 at the Long Island shows earning 1 point in an entry of 1-2-(1-0)
September 25	AKC Breed AKC Obedience	Phalcon is WD and BOW at the Long Island show today earning 1 point in an entry of 1-2-(1-0) Phaedra earns her 1st leg of her CD in Novice B Obedience with a score of 186.5 (5th in a class of 16). Wohoo!!!
September 20	AKC	Phuture got a Bred-By Exhibitor Group 3 Placement today at an all-breed AKC show. She hit her stack perfectly on the down and back and even gave the judge a tail wag. She did very well and had a great time in the ring.
September 7	AKC LC	AKC Lure Coursing in Starkville, NY. Phaedra is 2^nd in FCh stake earning 3 pts toward her LCX. Phoenix was 4^th.
September 6	ASFA LC	ASFA Lure Coursing in Starkville, NY. Phalcon was 1^st in open and earned another 20 points.
September 5	ASFA LC AKC LC	ASFA Lure Coursing in Starkville, NY. We had 13 PHs running including Phalcon, Phaedra and Phoenix. Phalcon earns BOB at his first ASFA trial and 36 points. Phuture runs for her 2^nd leg of her JC certification and runs beautifully.
August 29	LGRA	Phoenix and Phuture run LGRA. Phoenix is 1st and Phuture is a very close 2nd. Phoenix earns his GRC title today.
August 25		Happy 4^th Birthday for Litter #1: Phancy, Phaedra, Phaie, Phinnian, Phaith, Phoenix and Phoebe.
July 19	AKC Breed	Chatham, NY (PHCA Supported Entry): Phaith was WB for a 4 point major. This is her 3rd major earned at either specialty or supported entry weekends. Entry today was 4-6-(3-2). This makes Phaith is a NEW CHAMPION!!!!. Phlirt was BOS in Veteran Sweeps. Entry was 4-2.
July 18	AKC Breed AKC Match	Stormville NY (conformation): Phalcon was WD and BOS again for 2 points today. Entry was 2-4-(0-2) Chatham, NY (HRVHA conformation match): Phuture was Best Adult in Match.
July 17	AKC Breed AKC LC	Conformation: Phalcon was WD and BOS for his 1st point. Phuture was WB and BOW for 1 point. Entry was 3-2-(0-2). Coursing: Phaedra was 3rd in FCh stake earning 2 more points toward her LCX. Phlirt was 1st in Vets earning 1 more point toward her LCX.
June 29	AKC Breed	PHCA Eastern Specialty Weekend (Day 4) - Phuture is RWB.
June 28	AKC Breed	PHCA Eastern Specialty Weekend (Supported Entry) - Phuture is BOS in Puppy Sweeps. Phancy makes the cut in BOB.
June 27	AKC Breed	PHCA Eastern Specialty - Phalcon is BOS in Puppy Sweeps. Phancy makes final cut in BOB.
June 26	AKC Breed	PHCA Eastern Specialty Weekend (Day 1) Phaith is WB for a 3 point major which is her 2nd major. Phancy makes the cut in BOB.
June 19		Phancy received her CHIC number today (#57622) from the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA). Phancy will be having the next litter here at CharmedWons in early 2010.
June 9		A very sad day here at CharmedWons. I helped my old girl Sassy cross Rainbow Bridge cradled in my arms. She turned 13 years old this past December. She helped me in many ways throughout her lifetime - she knew how to console me when I was sad; she was a watchdog for her house and pack; she helped with the training of PH pups; and she is responsible for bringing PHs into my life. She was a wonderful companion and friend who will be sadly missed. Run free girl with your buddy Phantom who was waiting for you. When you get tired of running with him, find a favorite rosebush to lie under and I will look for you there.
June 6	LGRA	LGRA racing in Ringoes, NJ with 3 PHs running: Phaedra is 1^st and earns 1 National point.
May 31	LGRA	LGRA racing in Pennsville, NJ. Phoenix was 1st for 1 GRC and 1 National point. Phuture was 2nd for 0.5 GRC and 0.5 National point. Momma Phlirt was third.
May 30	LGRA AKC Match	LGRA racing in Pennsville, NJ. We had 3 PHs running. Phoenix was 1st for 1 GRC and 1 National point. Phuture was 2nd for 0.5 GRC and 0.5 National point. Momma Phlirt got the turtle. AKC "B" Match in Bethpage, NY. Phalcon earned a Hound Group 1 at the all-breed match. Phaedra worked hard in Rally Advanced and Novice Obedience. Both kids had a great time visiting with all the friendly people.
May 25	AKC LC	AKC Lure Coursing in Hanover, PA. 5 PHs running: 1 Open, 2 FCh and 2 Vets. Phoenix was BOB earning 4 LCX points. Phlirt earned 1 LCX point from the Veterans Class. Phuture earned her 1st leg of her Junior Courser. It was a 900 yard course and she did wonderfully.
May 24	LGRA	LGRA racing day 2 in Pennsville, NJ. Again, 5 PHs running. Phalcon was 1^st again earning 2 GRC points and 2 National points. Phoenix was 2^nd earning 1 GRC and 1 National point. Phaedra was 3^rd. Phuture was 4^th and Phlirt was the turtle. Phuture has "figured out the game" and passed her Momma in both the 1st and 3rd programs.
May 23	LGRA	LGRA racing in Pennsville, NJ. We had 5 PHs racing. Phalcon was 1^st earning 2 GRC points and 2 National points. Phoenix was 2^nd earning 1 GRC and 1 National point. Phaedra was 3^rd. Phlirt was 4^th and Phuture was the turtle. This was Phuture's racing debut She took to the box training very easily and ran nicely, although she needs a bit of confidence to pass another dog, particularly her Momma Phlirt.
May 17	AKC LC	AKC coursing in Marlton, NJ. Phoenix won the FCh stake and Phlirt won the Veterans stake.
May 16	AKC LC	AKC coursing in Marlton, NJ. We had 5 PHs running (2-2-1) Phoenix won the FCh stake for 1 point and Phlirt won the Veterans stake.
May 10	AKC LC	Day 2 of AKC coursing in Glenville, NY. Phoenix forfeited the 1-2 tie in the FCh class for 3 LCX points. Phlirt forfeited the 1-2 tie in veterans class. We left early to try to get home at a reasonable hour. Wind was horrible to drive in and I ended up stopping to take a nap -- and not getting home until 2 am. Boy I'm tired.
May 9	AKC LC	AKC Coursing in Glenville, NY. Phlirt made her coursing debut in the veteran class for coursing. There were 4 veterans and she earned 1st place and 3 LCX points. Wohoo.
May 2	AKC Breed	Bucks County KC in Tinicum, PA: Entry was (2-1-0-1). Phinnian is WD, BOW and BOS for 1 point. Phaith was WB. Phalcon was RWD.
April 26	NOTRA	Ringoes, NJ with 4 PHs running. Phalcon (as a FTE) was 1^st earning 1 ORC point and 1 National point. Phoenix was 2^nd earning 0.5 ORC and 0.5 National point. Phaedra was 3^rd. For the intermediate titles, Phalcon earned a JOR and a SOR leg. Phoenix and Phaedra each earned a JOR leg.
April 25	LGRA AKC Agility	Ringoes, NJ with 8 PHs running. Phalcon (as a FTE) was 2^nd earning 1.5 GRC and 1.5 National points. Phaedra was 3^rd earning 0.5 National points. Phoenix was 4^th earning 0.5 GRC points. It was very hot, but we had a fun day with so many PHs running. GA: Phancy run Open Jumpers and earns 1^st place in her class and her 3^rd leg, qualifying her for her OAJ.
April 10	AKC Breed	Perry, GA: Phancy wins BOB in an entry of 4 (0-1-2-1).
March 29	AKC LC	Phalcon earns his 2^nd leg and his first title, he definitely has the lure coursing instinct. Now we wait for him to mature a bit more and he starts his straight racing career.
March 28	AKC LC	Phalcon earns his 1^st leg of his Junior Courser (JC) title. Many compliments were given about his wonderful run.
March 21	AKC Breed	New Brunswick KC show in Edison, NJ. Entry 5-4-(2-1). Phuture was 1^st in her Bred-by Class and Reserve Winners Bitch.
March 20	AKC Breed AKC Agility	New Brunswick KC show in Edison, NJ. Entry 3-2-(1-1). Phuture was 1^st in her Bred-by Class and Winners Bitch earning her 1^st point. Phinn was Reserve Winners Dog. Phancy qualifies for her 2^nd leg in open jumpers.
March 19		HAPPY BIRTHDAY # 8 to Momma Phlirt. May you have many more.
March 7	AKC Agility	Agility in Georgia: Phancy took 2^nd place in her open standard class and earned her third leg of her open standard title. Phancy now qualifies for the PHCA Versatility Dog Excellent (VCX) certification.
February 5	AKC breed	Central NJ Hound Association in Secaucus, NJ: Entry 2-6-(3-1). Phinn was WD for 1 point. Phalcon was RWD. Phuture was 2^nd in her Bred-by Class.
February 1	AKC breed	Atlanta, GA: Phancy wins BOB again in an entry of 4 (1-1-0-2). Phancy also made the cut of 7 in a very large competitive hound group. Way to go!!
January 31	AKC breed	Atlanta, GA: Phancy wins BOB in an entry of 4 (1-1-0-2).
January 17	UKC Shows	Phoebe completed her UKC Champion title today. Yippee.
January 14		Happy 1^stBirthday to Phuture and Phalcon.
